Seminars
The Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics of the Whiting School of Engineering on the Homewood Campus of The Johns Hopkins University hosts a weekly colloquium on Thursdays at 4:00 PM on the third floor of Whitehead Hall, Room 304. (Refreshments begin at 3:30 PM in Room 301.)
Some additional seminars are scheduled on Fridays and occasionally on other days. Student seminars are usually scheduled on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM in Whitehead Hall, Room 304.
Roughly half the seminars feature talks by faculty in the department; others are given by distinguished visitors.
Seminars are held in 304 Whitehead Hall unless otherwise noted. Here are directions to the Homewood Campus and to Whitehead Hall. You can subscribe to email announcements of our seminars.
